Jeff joined E3 XPS in the fall of 2023.  He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University located in Nacogdoches, Texas with a degree in Communications.  Jeff brings his Inventory Management Skills, Problem Solving Abilities and Customer Driven Focus to the team with over 20 years of experience managing a big box retailer.  In Jeff’s free time, he has developed a passion for cooking and cultivating spicy peppers.  As a Texas raised and Kansas Citian, BBQ is a common fare around the Egnatic household.  Jeff, his wife and two dogs have been revitalizing their home over the past years to make it their own.  When time and seasons allow, Jeff enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding.
