BioGaia U.S.A is a Swedish probiotics company with a focus on the health and wellness market. To increase visibility and reach a wider audience at trade shows, the company sought to improve its trade show program in the United States.

To achieve this, fixtures were strategically placed to create a designated flow of traffic that encouraged visitors to move through the booth intuitively and efficiently. 

The modular booth design allows BioGaia to adjust sections to occupy a larger exhibit space or remove elements to fit into a smaller one. 

This flexibility also applies to their product displays, which can expand to showcase more products as their business grows. Additionally, the booth features sleek and spacious cabinetry that can hold several boxes of BioGaia’s samples. 

In addition to the functional layout, the booth was designed to be visually appealing and engaging. The company’s focus on naturalistic and healthy living was reflected in the booth’s design, which featured a calming and organic aesthetic. The booth showcased healthy, happy lives and encouraged attendees to envision themselves living similar lives using BioGaia’s products. One of the most memorable features of the booth was the custom-shaped, backlit mascot. This 8ft wide mascot, which resembled a flying BioGaia character, was strategically placed at the top of the booth and was visible from a distance. The mascot was a hit with attendees, drawing people to the booth and helping them locate it easily in a crowded trade show environment. 

THE IMPACT

Overall, the new trade show program was a resounding success for BioGaia. The booth was highly effective in showcasing the company’s products and generating interest among attendees.
